If it was so important then why did they not tell me who it is and what it is in ref. to.

Have gotten calls from this number at work and they do not leave why they are calling.  They just leave a name (said really fast so I can't understand) and a D#.

This is ACI a collection company in Buffalo from what I gather, since their number comes up as a 717 area code.

Funny how the one collection company stopped calling and now this one starts calling...

Yea, I got this call from ACI, it seems it goes from one collection agency to them now.

They want me to call back to discuss some options before a coorespondence goes out.

Funny how they keep calling and this time they don't tell me the company name.

Received a call on voicemail to call back.  Just saying a very important matter call back.
Called back spoke to a rep named Ashley, gave her Ref# they left.  Asked me to verify myself, name address and last 4 digits of SS#.  Said I would not because of ID theft, she said she had that problem before.  Again asked for info to verify me I said then we come to an impasse because I giving No info, you called me left a message with Ref #, I called back gave it to you, so no other information is forthcoming.  She said I can't assist you with information. I said good night and hung up.
