calling me about a bogus debt! lol

called my cell and called my work. She says she is Jessica Turner.

Debt collector.  Called an employer with demands that it tell an alleged employee to call "Jessica" back.  Denied she was calling about a debt.

Called my place of work at 10:40AM on 07/26/2012. Said she was Donna May and to call back 888-713-8106, that she would be there until 6PM. I do owe legitimate debts that I am aware of but I am working with all of them currently and am not sure what relevance this has.

Ooookay, against my better judgement I called "Donna" back. She was surprisingly easy to get a hold of and was probably the most friendly debt collector I've ever spoken with. She was straightforward, understanding, and polite to a fault. I'm not going to lie, I fully expected to have to raise my voice and get angry for someone calling for an illegitimate debt - but it was an actual debt that I was already aware of and have been working on for a couple of days (medical clinic sent a bill to collections because it was only run under my primary insurance and not my secondary; situation is being rectified as we speak). I have absolutely no doubt that there ARE people from this company calling wrong numbers, asking about illegitimate debts, and I was (almost pleasantly?) surprised to find that it was a relatively easy conversation to have. I don't know if it's because it was an actual debt and they reached the right person, but whatever it was, I'll give Donna May that much credit. So, yes, they ARE a debt collection agency. Beyond that, I have no experience with anybody else there.

SHILL ALERT- the message above ("BlueberryJuniper"!!??) just doen't sound right. 3-negative & then 1- "Oh! they are heavenly angels". Doesn't pass the smell test.

This Donna May lady called my phone looking for someone who was not me. I told her that she had the wrong number and she told me that this must be a new number for me. I told her no, I have had this number for over 10 years and she told me that I was this lady she was looking for. I told her no and she said I needed to tell this lady to call Donna May back. WTF!? Don't call my phone crazy lady!

This is a legit company...H&R accounts. Debt collector for medical bills.  The rep that called me was Jessica.

Called my place of employment...which is illegal! No info given other than to call Todd Brown back! My work informed him not to call me at work!

Called my place of employment and left a voice mail to call Todd Brown back at 888-713-8106.  I have no intention to return this call since no other information given leads me to believe it is actually work related.

I got a call from “unknown” and denied it, and they didn’t leave a message. Then a minute later I got a call from my aunt (who let it go to voicemail) and said the message was for to me, from H&R accounts and to call “Jessica Turner” back. Debts or not, I thought it was super weird to hide their number and then call my AUNT. I googled it and right away came across a bunch of forums talking about the same experience. Stupid scammers.

Called my employer and asked for me to call them back. Left the name Jessica Turner.

A lady called and asked for my dad. I told her she had the wrong number and she asked if I knew him and if she could leave a message. Donna May left her number and when I asked what the call was about, she said it was a personal matter.

Called my phone left a message to call Huntington group about a civil suit that has been filled against me. A credit card Co. Is sewing me for non payment. Call Jessica Johnson to make payments. Called my lawyer an passed along information an court house to see if it was true. Nothing at court house an lawyer said it was a scam.

Called my sister and asked for me.. Under my maiden name divorced 11 yrs.. Said I had a lawsuit pending.didny belive her harrassed to the point that she was lying who she was..
