"Chris" left a message on my answering machine asking to call back. I did and it's a collection company for Dell. They are looking for a different person, but it was VERY difficult to understand them. The call centers are outsourced and their accents are very strong.

"Iana" left a message on my answering machine asking me to call back. It is a  collection company for Dell.

They called and said they were Shakers or something like that.  After a little effort they said they were from Dell Financial.  The lady, Nikki, I believe, was very snotty.  I told her I'd give her the phone number of the lawyer handling this since it was a fraudulent account, but she didn't want to hear it.  "Is he gonna pay me?  No?  Then I don't want to talk to him.  I needs money in my mail box."  Too bad for her then.

I get calls from this number about twice a month for someone I don't know. I've tried to call the number back to take my number off their list, but no one answers. I've tried to stay on the line to talk to an operator, but no one ever answers.

Someone called for an employee of mine and sd that he requested that she call him here. When I found out that it was a collection agency I called them back informed them that they should read up on there fair credit reporting act as they misrepresented themselves and that is illegal. I advised her to not call this number again and that she would have to find an alternate number to call him at on her own.

They called and left a message but didn't identify themselves at all, except for the number, 888-710-7271, and that I needed to call "Jay Young" at that number.  No clue who they are.

i constantly have an 'unavailable' number on my cell phone.. and today i finally had them say call 888-710-7271, speak w/ jay young.  i call the number back..get a rude man who claims my number does not come up..after i said well remove my number he said we can't remove the number that does not come up..and he goes 'well you tell me how it can be us if we do not have your number..'  and i told him what the recording was saying.  i hung up, called back, got a nicer rep who could not find my number, but told me his company name, put my number through the removal process.. i've only had my number since march and never owned any DELL product. HOPE THIS STOPS IT, NOW!!!!
