Received phone call, but don't know why

This # keeps calling but you can't call it back

I got a voice mail from someone saying the call was for me, mumbled a name and said to call them back at 542-0606 or 888-289-1267. When I called the first number, it was a doctors office(?).  As it was after hours, I got no one. The recording did not say the name of the office but only "if this is an emergency and you need to speak to a physcian before regular office hours....."  When I called the 888 number it said "all of our representatives are assisting other callers....."  I held for just a couple minutes.  Then a machine came on and said to leave a message for someone to call you back during regular business hours.
