Sprint "Loyalty Group"  After a chatting with a particularly useless tech support rep, I was invited to a survey, during which they asked if I'd like a follow up call (since I reported being dissatisfied).  I'm guessing this was my followup, but I'm not sure since they didn't leave a message.

Received a call from this number; no one spoke when I answered.

Like the previous poster, I too have had received a previous polling call from Sprint on customer service.  In that I reported my extreme dissatisfaction with Sprint's inability to provide consistant internet service via sprintpcs.com

Sprint SUCKS and their representive/customer service people - especially their Advanced Technical Support groups [(877) 899 - 6696] are liars and jerks!

This is the number they call you from if you indicate in a survey that you were dissatisfied with the representative who helped you when you called customer service. They are basically there to protect the image of Sprint and sway you back to feeling "satisfied" with your service. You will not get any real assistance from them - they can't help you, nor will they give you any account credits for your dissatisfaction. They are basically PR warriors.
