A person by the name of Mike Clark calls and says that there is a law suit against me from the Paternal Sentinel, I have no clue what this is, but he keeps harassing me.

What company does he say he is with, I am getting similar calls.

I dont know what he is saying but I am getting same call. Looks like public harassment.

He didn't give his name but said to have my lawyer call him.  No
company name and I don't know what it's for.  Case #07-49667

We just got a call from Garrett Marshall from Brennan & Clark, they didn't give detail just gave me a file # and said I knew what this was about and that I should handle this in a professional manner.

Got a call from this number, but the caller ID comes up as 630-279-7600; called with a case number. This guy claims his name is James Hart. Good thing I googled the number. Sounds suspicious!

threatening phone calls as if i know what he is talking about. fraud.

I got same call from some guy named George Daniels, started yelling at me and then hung up on me sooo professional let me tell you, threatened my wages and bank accounts I have no idea what he is talking about.

I am getting calls that only say,  "call us and refer to a 7 digit account number."  
Calls are from 888-217-3212  & 630-279-7600.  
One name given is Todd Pearson.
Who can we report these people to?

Got a call that said based on a previous conversation we had agreed to settle a matter (What matter I don't know).  Said to contact him or have my attorney contact him by the close of business today or he would tell his client to proceed with blah, blah, blah.  

I was at work and didn't get home until 11 PM.  My wife was stressed out, didn't know what was going on, I didn't have an answer for her.  I think I will call tomorrow and find out what is going on.

Just called the number, the answering service said the Company name is Brennan & Clark.  The extension I had was 230 it connected me to the office of Todd (Pierce?).  I will call again tomorrow to see what this guy is about.

Sue Brown from Brennan & Clark trying to "resolve matters amicably".  Some BS health insurance premium that is unpaid.  Looks like a fraud company trying to "fish" for info.

I got the same thing except from a guy named Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor from Brennan and Clark called and left a message saying I assume you know the nature of this call and if you want to resolve this amicably to call back by the end of the day with ref #0819999.  Well I called back and he tried to tell me I owed $1100 to some company about a paycheck. This guy was skeezy.  It was def. FRAUD.

I also have received several calls from this sleezy George Daniels with Brennan & Clark.  He leaves me the most abusive and threatening messages every time he calls. He claims he is trying to collect money I supposedly owe for auto insurance that was cancelled a month before the so-called bill is for. He lies on my messages saying that he hasn't heard anything from me and I have called him, and gotten a machine only I might add, and left him messages.  I have even sent him and the insurance company (America First Insurance) certified letters telling them that I do not owe them anything, but the harassment will not stop. The insurance company told me that they sold the account to him!!  What kind of company would deal with a sleazeball like that?  George called again today even after I told him I would never discuss ANYTHING with him again and not to call me ever again.  As far as I have found out, what he is doing is highly illegal and everyone needs to get an attorney in their state who handles the Fair Credit Act and sue him and his company. Maybe then, they will stop harassing people.  If I owed this money, I would have paid it, but I DO NOT!!! If we hear from enough people, maybe we can form a class action lawsuit against this unethical harasser!!!

I got a call from this "firm" also. They guy kind of mumbled thru his name and company but when i called back i figured out he was from brennan and clark. His name I think is todd, last name either pierce or pearson.Claimed he was calling on behalf of my insurance company in an attempt to settle things. I have no idea what he was talking about. Told him so. He asked my affiliation with some business that i never even heard of before. I told him i that and he basically called me a liar.Quote "if thats the stance you're going to take  than..." At which point i ripped into him and told him to get his facts and act together and i hung up.

I received a call this last week from a Hubert Jones at 888-217-3212 extension 235.  He left a message for me to return his calls and left a case number.  As I look this up on the internet, I think he and his company are scammers.

Message was left on my vm at home saying this is a "time sensitive matter", the name was Russell and I couldn't make out the last name, left the phone number and a 7 digit "case number".

I recieved a call from a Mr clark yesterday and said he represented colorado casualty insurance. he said that I owed a balance of 356.14, I was concerned at first...but then I looked through my mail and found a 3 month old bill from colorado and a letter from Brennan & Clark. Mr clark probably saved me a whole lot of legal and credit score problems had they not called. I paid,got a confirmation number and it was all over.
