Ed - 14 Oct 2008the same call and it says (in spanish) "congratulations, you're call number 10. Press '1' to activate your prize". I didn't press anything and just waited to see what happened. Nothing happened, just silence. I hung up. I didn't enter any contest so I figure it's a scam.
I looked up the area code and is out of South Carolina, I'm in Chicago.

Eventually they will be fined once the user or owner is tracked down. Seems like all the ones I listed never call back. the ones I dont list, always call until I do report them.
