Someone calls saying its a confidential matter, and to hit any number to speak with a representative, and when I hit a number all I could hear was someone speaking a foreign language. Immediately hung up.

For the past week, I have been getting calls from unusual numbers (like this one) on my cell phone.  I have learned not to answer.
