Do not call this number.  I got a $1.00 charge on my credit card from federalmerchant.com and called this number for their support center... the phone was answered by a machine that said "wait" and then I heard nothing.  A minute later I hung up.  A few minutes after that a charge for $37.19 showed up on my bank statement.

I got a charge on my card statement showing this number as commerceex.com. I called to inquire and complain about it and some gal flipped me off big time. I sure hope I don't get ANOTHER charge now for calling! Anyway, I reported it to IC3.gov and submitted a dispute to my credit card. I'm not sure what, but this is some sort of scam operation. Oh, by the way, that website is shown as being overseas in Nicosia, but the phone number appears to be in Las Vegas. Whoever it is, I hope the government shuts them down.

I just noticed the same thing on my credit card statement, a charge of $1.03 one day, and then $41.39 a couple of days later. I have no idea how they got my CC# but who knows these days... Also right on the same days I got two charges from keep-help.com, this is related to a porn site from what I can figure out and is something I most certainly never gave me credit card to.

I never received a phone call from either of them nor have I called them.

OMG I got a call from them too!  The guy on the other end told me he found an error on my credit report.  I didn't know what he was talking about so I hung up.  Several days later, a credit of $398.02 showed up on in my bank.  I called them back and this lady came on the phone and she was nice and everything, but kept insisting that they had given me the $398.02, but I see it on my statement.  I don't even know what the company is, but they gave me some money so I really don't care.  I paid sum bills with it

I meant to say that the lady insisted they did NOT give me the money.  I spent it anyways and if they try to take it back they are gonna here from my lawyer

While checking my account for other reasons, I saw two credit holds on my VISA card from KEEP-HELP.COM for $2.95 on 7/10/2008 and $29.95 on 7/12/2008.  We checked the web site to see what it was about, and noticed the links in the drop-down boxes had XXX type stuff.  I called my bank and canceled my card immediately.  Later, these showed up as charges of $2.98 and $30.25 respectively.  Both charges included the phone number 302-295-3951 in the info.  I never called the phone number.  I put through disputes for these two charges with my bank.

I did not receive a call from them that I can remember per se, but I received my credit card bill today and there were charges on it that I did not authorize and it showed the name Federalmerchant.com as the merchant with a number of 702-953-0933.  I have since frozen my credit card account.

I have had 3 transactions on my debit card for $34.95 from KEEP-HELP.COM. the number associated with them is (302-295-3951). I called this number and got a recording saying the number was not in service. My bank said they couldn't cancel the charges because they were listed as a purchase. WTF do I have to do to stop these charges short of canceling my account.

i had the same troubles all of you did.  they charged a total of $200+ on my cc# and now i have a fraud agency looking for them.

I called to canceldue to the fact i didnt order anything.  A very nasty lady called me "f***ot boy"  and hung up on me.  I called her back repeatedly in hopes to reach a another operater she informend me that she works alone and and myy account would be credited. i ask for a manager and her name she said all i needed to know is she has my name address and charge i better not call again. i contacteded my bank they tried to but her on 3way but the machine kept coming on.  My bank advised me to wait a few day(5-10) and if it is not cedited or if any other charges are ensued the will persue them. They also advised me to contact my local police.  which i will so after the 10 day.

I called there about charges and I gots a very nasty asian women who barely spoke english and told me that in order to cancel I had to pay them a $89 cancel-it fee.  I tolds her I'm not gonna pay no $89 fee to cancel and we was arguin and stuff and she then said I could only pay $10 so I tooks the offer

i met a model online and she offered me a free cam show so i sighns up to this siete and then I cants find my model so I calls  like i yellin at the chick cause she not listen and  showen me wheres my model is  she keeps telling me that I gots the wrong siete but I kmows what i knows.  throws some words at the bitach  and let her knows whos boss  whens i sees my model again goings to get her to gets that biatch fired for not sending me ovr to hers.  my models got higher rankings on there and sheall calls the shots.

Received a bogus 40.27 charge on credit card...after attempting to call the commerceex.com cs number which is always busy...I have sadly concluded that this is another rip-off and that somehow someone has gotten access to my account...BEWARE...THIS IS A TOTAL FRAUD & RIPOFF
