www.FYIconsumer.org get the complaint form & mail it or fax it back & this will be assigned to an investigator in the Clark County Las Vegas area, which by the way is where this scam is coming out of. Now, that said, it is possible that they're using some sort of a loop system, & they could have a phone # that just comes up as that area. I've called Consumer Affairs, as well as the Better Business Bureau. I've been told that they do not take these complaints over the phone, you must go to the website & fill out the form & either fax it or mail it to them. The more people complain about it, the more information gets gathered on it. Please keep in mind, this may be a tough case, & they'll need all of our help to get the calls to stop (please do your part to stop this annoyance).
There are multiple call centers in Las Vegas as well, & some of them are fairly dishonest, & some are totally dishonest. Yes, some of the phone rooms are not dishonest, but there are a lot who are & are operating under the guise of not being traceable. Let's get Consumer Affairs enough information for them to find these people & stop them.
Thank You Soooo Much!
